By accessing or using the ATHNOX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. ATHNOX is operated by Athnox Fitness Technologies and is available at challenges.athnox.com.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ATHNOX. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. ATHNOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
ATHNOX offers virtual fitness challenges where users log physical activity (running, walking, cycling) to progress along virtual routes. Completion of a challenge is determined solely by the distance logged through the app. ATHNOX does not verify the accuracy of logged activities but reserves the right to remove fraudulent entries.
Upon completing a challenge (100% progress), users may be eligible to receive a physical medal shipped to their provided address. Medal delivery is subject to availability and shipping timelines of 7–15 business days within India. ATHNOX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user.
ATHNOX partners with verified reforestation organisations to plant trees upon challenge completion. Tree planting is subject to seasonal and operational availability of our partners. Certificates or proof of planting may be provided where available.
Some challenges may carry a participation fee. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrollment provided no activity has been logged. After logging any activity, no refund will be issued. For refund requests, contact info@athnox.com.
ATHNOX may integrate with third-party fitness apps (e.g., Strava). By connecting a third-party account, you agree to share relevant activity data with ATHNOX. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.
All content on ATHNOX including logos, challenge artwork, route maps, and written material is the property of ATHNOX or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
ATHNOX is a virtual fitness platform and is not a healthcare or medical service. Participation in fitness challenges is at your own risk. ATHNOX is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or losses arising from physical activity undertaken as part of any challenge.
ATHNOX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
